"I'm getting a bit old for this type of role. I want to play older parts."
"I've always been selective, especially where comedy series are concerned. I have been lucky in that I accepted three offers in television comedy within a relatively short space of time that became hits. But I have also turned down several offers which I feel pretty sure would not have been hits."
